hospitalitepublishing ('hep') was devised by Peter Jones to provide instructional materials in the form of ‘ebooks’ to students and practitioners learning about the hospitality industry.   Each ebook is about 20 pages long, focusing on a specific topic. This means they can be downloaded from amazon kindle for the price of a happy meal.  All together they are a comprehensive 'textbook' of operations management inn the hospitality industry.

Content will initially be put online as ‘ebooks’ which, over time, will contribute to different ‘series’ of books in the hep library.

Currently there are two ‘series’ planned:

• Hospitality Management Insights – each is a review of the major issues in the hospitality industry
• Hospitality Operations Management – covering all the key operational responsibilities of managers in the industry

Three further series may be developed

• Restaurant Chain Development – a unique insight into how restaurant chains grow into international chains
• Travel Catering – an updated edition of the groundbreaking Flight Catering textbook
• Hotel Investment and Development – covering all the key topics in relation to how hotels are developed and hotel property assets are managed
