Agreement has been reached in principle with the International Travel Catering Association to publish online a series of six ebooks based on the book ‘Flight Catering’.   

This series will comprise the following ebooks:

• Travel Catering Management 
• Food and Beverage Management in the Travel Catering Industry
• Supply Chain and Logistics Management in the Travel Catering Industry
• Facilities Design and Systems in the Travel Catering Industry
• Customer Service Management in the Travel Catering Industry
• Innovation and Continuous Improment Management in the Travel Catering Industry
